Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Your order will be confirmed by email, and then when your order is marked as dispatched you will receive another email. Standard delivery takes 5-7 working days. Expedited delivery will be within 2 working days of order. Please note that public/bank holidays and busy retail periods such as Christmas are likely to delay order dispatch & delivery. We will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
All cancellations must be in writing.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
Its Soo Me Ltd will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Its Soo Me Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
For orders placed after 12 noon GMT, please allow for 1 additional business day for processing (excluding bank holidays).
All orders submitted over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
All orders include UK tax where applicable. International customers are responsible for ensuring they pay any tax due in their own jurisdiction. The SavviSand will not accept responsibility for paying tax on goods ordered outside the UK.
Return your item, no questions asked within 14 days of your original ship date. We are happy to refund you the original price paid for the item including VAT to your original form of payment. Please note, we cannot refund the delivery cost and if you availed of free delivery cost then we shall deduct the standard rate. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds are not available after 14 days.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, including the outer packaging and accompanied with original proof of purchase.
If the Savvisand device is damaged, shows signs of wear and tear or is not in the original box and plastic bag it will not be accepted for a refund.
If the Savvisand Formula is opened, shows signs of wear or tear or is not in the original bag it will not be accepted for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment (allow up to 5 days for processing)
Its Soo Me Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
